Samantha McFarlen Photography teamed up with Emily Louise Photography for a show-stopping, jewel-toned in rural Washington. This winter glam wedding inspiration shoot is everything we go crazy over - gorgeous bride, enviable bridal fashion, pin-worthy bouquets, fashionable groom and a little bit of sparkle!
From Samantha: "As fall has passed and we are well under our way on our journey through the winter months, Emily Louise Photography along with Samantha McFarlen Photography bring you this elegant transition from Fall to Winter. This timeless affair is exhibits rich jewel toned florals, and colorful hued linens.
Our bride and groom's, sweetheart table draped in a beautiful blue linen, adorned with a bountiful bouquet by Teressa Johnson Studios between the simply refined table settings. A quaint succulent serves as a budding reminder of the gorgeous day in which a marriage begins its beautiful growing journey. Our covered cake table is draped in ruby and lace, upon which sits the rosemary clad cake.
The Bride donned an enchanting Casablanca gown with a modified sweetheart neckline and an A-line silhouette. The subtle and soft lace envelopes the gown with modest glimmer and beadwork. The groom perfectly complements our stunning bride in a clean cut black Express suit.
Our location was vast and tundric Ellensburg, WA. We took advantage of the sweeping landscape as it changes from the rustling fall leaves to the dry dramatic winter fields.
What makes this shoot it's own is that it was done primarily through found and borrowed elements, thus giving a bride on a budget or one with discerning style the ability to see what scouting and hard work can produce. This allows a bride to open up funds in her budget for things such as photography, florals, or whatever expense rises to the top on the list of importance. In our case it allowed us to obtain the incredible floral design."
