David & Dupre's love story first started in Charleston where David was stationed with the Navy, and by the time Dupre wrapped up her senior year at Clemson University, she had turned David into an orange-loving Tigers fan! The sweet duo turned to the team at Engaging Events to design an elegant evening that reflected their deep love and celebrated their friends and families coming together. They picked October 29th - which happened to be Dupre's parent's wedding anniversary - for the late Fall festivities and put into motion the Wild Dunes Resort wedding of their dreams. Engaging Events worked with a navy blue and gold color palette - Dupre's favorite colors - to create a classic reception space with textured linens and pillowy ivory blooms with blue thistle accents. As far as Dupre's advice for future brides, she says, "Just be happy! As everyone so accurately says, it is the best day of your life. Don't spend it worrying.
