While our friends up North are experiencing loads of snow and freezing temps, we're dealing with a little wintry weather of our own here in the Lowcountry! So, while we bundle up and keep warm inside, we decided a charming late Summer wedding is just what we need on this late December day. Toronto couple, Liz & Aaron, headed down South for their charming Charleston wedding at White Point Gardens. The couple picked an early August day for their destination affair and invited 25 of their closest friends and family members to join them in the Battery for a touching celebration. The cloudy Summer day started as Liz and her two bridesmaids (dressed in matching PJ sets) prepped for the big day in a rental house downtown. Once she stepped into her gorgeous gown (seriously, how precious is that neckline?) with full skirt and pockets, they headed off to the ceremony site where Aaron was excited to see his glowing bride. After they were pronounced husband and wife, the couple ventured around the Holy City with Riverland Studios at their side to capture their first snapshots as the newly minted Mr. & Mrs. McInnis.
