So, let's start the week off with a Savannah elopement at The Gastonian, shall we? These two, Virginia & Mark, made the trek to Georgia from Alabama for a truly intimate celebration of their love. They skipped the fuss, the bridal party and the lengthy guest list for a private Summer afternoon with each other, Rev. Schulte and Krista Turner Photography. The historic bed and breakfast was built in 1868 and oozes with elegance, warmth and the charm of the Old South. Virginia spent the morning relaxing while sipping champagne as Royal Makeup & Hair worked their magic. As she got dressed, in a beautiful V-neck lace gown, she opened gifts from her husband-to-be. Mark had filled a series of handmade wooden boxes with hand-stitched hearts that include meaningful sayings that were special to them throughout their relationship. The ceremony took place in The Gastonian's well-manicured courtyard where they shared laughs and loving smiles before becoming Mr. & Mrs. Mattox!
