One of our favorites for a show-stopping event, The Gibbes Museum of Art offers several unique event spaces to serve as the backdrop for an unforgettable experience.  You can host your guests in the lush classical garden, the architecturally stunning reception hall, or even the rotunda with its Tiffany glass domed ceiling and adjacent galleries!

NO. 5 FABER

Gracious hospitality and rustic urban charm are in the air at No. 5 Faber.  Exposed brick, romantic lighting, and rich wooden details welcome guests to relax and enjoy the warmth and comfort of an elegant, thoroughly Southern evening.  Multiple event spaces flow together between the open-concept dining rooms, mezzanine, and marble-topped bar area – oh, and yes, the baby grand piano is included.

492 KING

An esteemed member of Charleston’s beloved food scene, 492 King is the perfect downtown spot to create a small, intimate event.  The upstairs dining room and rooftop fit the city’s vibe to a T, and the enclosed courtyard overlooking King Street offers a cozy, romantic space for you and your guests.

Cannon Green's thoughtfully designed event space marries modern elegance with Lowcountry charm to create a venue that is both chic and welcoming.  Crisp white and clean lines offset the original exposed trusses in the Trolley Room while the enclosed Courtyard boasts reflecting pools, travertine tiles, and palmetto trees.

PARCEL 32

As one of the newest venues in the city, Parcel 32’s airy, vintage feel has already caught the eye of many top Charleston planners.  The upstairs room has skylights, big architectural trestles AND romantic draping, its own private bar, and open-air piazza!

THE VENDUE HOTEL

Another great spot for a smaller gathering, The Vendue Hotel perfectly blends contemporary design with warm, comfortable touches.  The Drawing Room restaurant will make your guests feel at home with its casual elegance, but the Gallery Room is where the Vendue’s character really shines!  Exposed brick, wood floors, and crystal chandeliers warm up the modern space and highlight the tasteful collection of original art.

THE GRAND BOHEMIAN HOTEL

An event at The Grand Bohemian is sure to be unlike any other – its eclectic spaces are packed with unexpected, luxurious details you won’t find anywhere else.  Impressive architecture is layered with colors, textures, and original art throughout the venue, including the ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, and private terrace.

MERCHANTS HALL

Located right in the middle of Market Street in Downtown Charleston, Merchants Hall recently finished extensive restorations to bring back the beautiful venue's original 1850’s grandeur, and we just can’t wait until to see what our incredible Charleston vendor friends do in this space!  Lots of exposed brick, a second-story view to the historic market, and a great big chandelier – what’s not to love?

LAKE HOUSE AT BULOW

If you want to get out of the city, Lake House at Bulow, one of Charleston County’s many parks, offers a relaxing, picturesque location that’s still close to town.  The house itself, a spacious modern-cabin style with craftsman architecture and big, welcoming front porch, is surrounded by a lush green lawn dotted with trees.  Wooden docks and a charming wooden bridge crossing part of the lily pad-studded lake lead to an island that is home to a quiet clearing among the pine trees.
