Charleston locals, Jordan and Andrew, wanted to share the charm of the Holy City with their guests for their Summer wedding. The couple, who grew up in the same neighborhood, were excited to share their love with their family and friends and knew Shawn Rabideau Events & Design was the man to execute their vision. They selected the storied Francis Marion Hotel to host the celebration with a color palette in shades of purple and deep pinks. Candlelight set the mood for the evening ceremony as the couple exchanged vows in front of a romantically lit backdrop. At the reception, they ditched standard table numbers and instead named each table after their favorite Charleston restaurants (like Husk, Halls and even Waffle House) to put a personalized touch on the evening. Crisp white linens draped each table which were surrounded by gold chivari chairs. At each place setting, guests were greeted with gold chargers which sat atop deep purple napkins. The finishing touch, vibrant purple and pink centerpieces from JW Weddings & Events accessorized each table. After a tasty Southern menu and one heckuva show from The Charleston Wedding Band, guests departed with two Charleston treats - Benne Wafers and Firefly Vodka!
