Tiffany & Jared wed in her home state of Michigan this past summer but decided a Lowcountry engagement session was a must since this is where the newlyweds call home. The twosome started on the lovely Isle of Palms before heading to historic downtown Charleston to stroll around South of Broad!

Isle of Palms Shoot by JoPhoto
I'm having some issues letting go of Summer. It seems like it came and went way too soon. So, for everyone that is struggling with transitioning into the Fall season, I have a feeling you'll love reminiscing with this lovely Isle of Palms shoot from destination wedding photographer, JoPhoto. Charity of Honeybee Events and her fiance, Luke, were the ideal pair for this seaside photo session. Beautiful Charity donned an adorable white bikini, enviable coverup and a big, floppy hat...the perfect beach attire. The duo started with their toes in the sand and slowly made the short walk down to the Isle of Palms pier before they hopped in the ocean for a few playful shots. All color photos were shot on film using a Contax 645 camera, Kodak Portra 160 film, and the film lab was PhotoVision.

It's engagement day here at A Lowcountry Wedding and we're diving into Round 2 with this beauty from Charleston wedding vendor, Dana Cubbage Photography! Abby + Kyle traveled to Charleston, South Carolina from their home in Connecticut for their engagement session. Kyle's family has a beach house in Myrtle Beach, so South Carolina has been a special place for him growing up. On their summer vacation to Myrtle Beach this year, Abby + Kyle drove down to Charleston for the night - the perfect chance to check out the city + hang out with Dana for a beautiful Lowcountry day!

Isle of Palms Wedding {Katie + Yashar}
Katie + Yashar selected a talented group of Charleston wedding vendors to execute their chic, Summer wedding with a fresh grey and white color palette. Jade Water Designs translated Katie's vision into a stylish, coastal wedding complete with stunning, white centerpieces that included hydrangeas, lilies, orchids and roses. The intimate, Lowcountry affair took place at a spectacular, private home on Isle of Palms with views overlooking the ocean. The picturesque setting and soft, beach breeze provided the perfect backdrop for their outdoor ceremony. After saying 'I do', they treated their guests to a sit-down dinner provided by Cafe Catering and fabulous sweets from D'lish. Thanks to crew at Riverland Studios for capturing yet another timeless, Charleston wedding...
