Stephanie & Trent’s Charleston wedding took place on the Ashley River at Middleton Place on October 4, 2019 where the beauty of the Lowcountry was on full display. Charleston photographer, Holly Graciano, was on hand to capture all the romantic details, starting with Stephanie’s accessories including an enviable pair of Christian Louboutin heels, diamond drop earrings and a dahlia-centric bouquet by Petaloso that we just can’t get over.

Stephanie & Trent’s ceremony took place on the perfect October evening. Stephanie, wearing a fitted Anne Barge gown and effortless up-do, was escorted down the aisle by her mother. She met Trent, dressed in a navy suit, teal tie, and coastal-inspired cuff links, under the magical oak tree in the Octagonal Gardens at Middleton Place.

Wedding Reception at The Pavilion at Middleton Pla

After saying ‘I do’, the party moved to The Pavilion where wedding planner & designer, Meagan Warren Weddings, created an elegant evening in neutral shades with pops of emerald green. Inside, luxurious linens and arrangements full of greenery and soft blooms (which varied in height) topped the tables. To finish off the overall design, natural chairs encircled each table while cafe lights were hung overhead. A boxwood wall, complete with floral accents and a laser-cut of the couple’s last name, served as the impressive backdrop for the couple’s cake. Outside, the party continued under the clear top tent where elegant lounge furniture welcomed guests and emerald green, velvet stools surrounded cocktail tables. Cocktail hour allowed guests to mingle with Middleton Place’s sheep and grab a Lowcountry-inspired hors d’oeuvres under the canopy of the ancient oak trees. As a nod to the bride’s father who had passed years earlier, Miller Lite (his favorite beer) cans were placed throughout the reception with red roses.
