An Oak Point Plantation wedding
Lauren & Peter are both natives of Augusta, Georgia but when they relocated to the Lowcountry, they knew it was the perfect spot for their October wedding. The selected the beautiful Oak Point Plantation on Johns Island, South Carolina to celebrate their love of the outdoors and enlisted Suzanne's Floral Studio to handle all the details. The ceremony took place on the banks of the Stono River where their natural color scheme of greens, browns, pale pinks and purple highlighted the serene environment. The bridesmaids provide a pop of color in long, off-the-shoulder dresses in a vibrant shade of amethysts while the groomsmen wore light grey suits. The couple exchanged vows under a floral adorned arbor as their guests looked on. After becoming Mr. & Mrs., it was officially time for cocktail hour where the Lil White Box Photo Booth entertained the crowd as they sipped on custom Georgia peach cocktails. Under the tent, brighter floral chandeliers and arrangements accented the space along vintage china. Thanks to Riverland Studios for documenting their Oak Point Plantation wedding.
