Marta + Eddie first met in high school but it wasn't until Marta moved back to Savannah that the rekindled their relationship. Eddie surprised Marta with a proposal on River Street in May of 2015 and a little over a year later the two tied the knot in a beautiful Lowcountry soiree. The couple exchanged vows at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa in the perfect outdoor ceremony as flower petals lined the aisle. The reception took place in the Club Pavilion where a color palette of blush, gold and navy set the stage. Kato Floral Design created elegant centerpieces of lilies and roses for the tabletops which were intertwined with gold mercury glass votives. Wicked Cakes of Savannah designed two cakes - a three-tiered white cake with fresh flowers and a Ralph Lauren-inspired Polo groom's cake.
