This past August, the crew at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa teamed up with DFW Events to host to 16 nationally-recognized wedding industry professional in their 'Wed at the Westin' event and thanks to Donna Von Bruening Photography, we have the chance to share all the highlights! One the first night, guests were treated to a Welcome Reception on the Oceanfront Deck where Kelli Corn Weddings & Events designed a romantic evening under the Lowcountry sky. To give attendees the full experience, a mock wedding ceremony took place where Gullah choir El Shaddai stole the show with a spiritual performance. The evening continued with light summer fare and a Southern Sweets dessert station followed by a performance by Deas Guyz!
The group spent time on a personalized tour of Hilton Head Island including stops at the South Carolina Yacht Club, Coastal Discovery Musuem and Harbour Town. To wrap up the festivities, industry pros enjoyed a "City Meets the Lowcountry" night in the Grand Ballroom which featured fine wines, mouthwatering cuisine and magical decor by Kelli Corn Weddings & Events. .The evening concluded as Fabulous Equinox Orchestra took to the stage for one heck of a performance!
